Now you're getting it.
The great mystery of the atheist faith...
Welcome to Holy Nonsense, where we laugh at religious absurdity!
You know what’s tiring? When Christians think that atheism claims to have all of the answers.
“Atheism is a religion,” they’ll say, yet they’re incapable of explaining how that’s the case.
Atheism is the equivalent of being told there’s a 78 mile long invisible dragon flying overhead and replying with “I don’t think that’s true.”
Tee thought he was delivering a burn:
Turns out he’s kinda getting the point, even if he doesn’t realize it.
Yes, atheism denies gods. Atheism makes no claims.
Atheism doesn’t have to make any ontological arguemnts.
Now, that doesn’t mean that each individual atheist doesn’t have opinions about the world, the universe, etc.
Just because you claim that a wizard created all of this doesn’t mean that I have to claim to know how the universe came to be.
And I’m also allowed to criticize your insane claims without making any of my own.
That’s how this works.

Atheism is not a church. It’s not a creed. It’s not a weekly meeting where everyone stands and recites the sacred liturgy of “Actually.” It is mostly just someone hearing, “There is an invisible cosmic landlord with opinions about shrimp, sex, and your browser history,” and replying, “I’m gonna need better evidence than vibes and a youth pastor with a fog machine.”
Christians keep trying to turn atheism into a religion because then they can argue with it like it’s a rival denomination. But “I don’t believe your claim” is not a temple. It’s basic spiritual pest control.
"Remember: you don’t need a god to be good!"
True. Also remember you can do whatever you want to anyone and be good.
