that these christians have to tell you they are "full of love" is notable. curious how one just can't "know them by their fruits". I have to wonder just how many of the other bits of nonsense that are in the old testament that poor ol' Brad ignores since he is sure that his god didn't really mean he needed to follow those. You know, like allowing adulterers to live, etc.
God transcends any religion, or thing, yet is the fundamental spirit in which everything was born.
God loves you, understands you, and accepts you. Like I wrote earlier about Jesus, it is not God who you are angry about.
It is instead the institutional religion of Christianity that you may find it more accurate to be critical of.
It’s not Jesus and it isn’t God. It’s fallible humanity that has created these bad and broken systems.
And this current system of organised Christianity unfortunately is very different from what Jesus was advocating for.
I think you will find God and Jesus are more on your side than you think, and less on the side of the institutional religion. (However they are also on the side of all)
One last note is that it is better to focus on what brings us together, than what separates us. Harmony requires togetherness
What did Jesus actually say that was homophobic? I would say it would be wise to be careful about distinguishing between Jesus, and the religion of Christianity.
I can certainly understand your point of view
Look at the red letters of Jesus’ words, you will not see such things you have suggested.
Please tell Brad that his post kinda gave me a hard-on. And I'm not even gay.

I found a singer that praises being alive, caring for others and having a good time. No deity.
